Summary:
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative / Receptionist to manage front office operations and support our insurance agency. This role involves handling customer inquiries, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones and transfer calls.
- Perform clerical duties: photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Prepare invoices and handle past due payments.
- Process bond renewals and manage data entry.
- Maintain up-to-date logs and balance them with the agency system.
- Handle daily deposits and manage house accounts.
- Provide information on company products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Assist clients with bond documentation and corrections.
- Support other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Excel and data entry.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
- Experience in customer service and administrative roles.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Education & Training:
- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred.
- Employer-paid insurance-related licensing and designations upon successful completion.
- Logistics background preferred; insurance background not necessary.
