Charles’ main area of responsibility lies in handling claims for our clients, acting as liaison between the client and the Adjusters to ensure claims are handled correctly and expediently. Starting out in personal lines, Charles brings a diverse background of knowledge and experience in compliance with governmental regulations, and policy evaluations.
